We’ve designed your Palette Pals kit to spark creativity and stand up to lots of colorful fun — but a little care goes a long way. Here’s how to keep your kit in tip-top shape, so you can enjoy it again and again.
Store your paints in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Extreme heat can cause melting or drying.
Spritz your sponge, not the paint, to avoid oversaturating and turning the paint mushy.
Wipe down your paint palette with a clean sponge or baby wipe after each use. There's no need to disinfect or clean the paint itself.
Brushes: Clean after each use with baby shampoo, brush cleaner, micellar water, or gentle dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and lay flat to air dry. You can lightly mist with isopropyl alcohol to disinfect.
Sponges: Rinse well after each session. You can handwash or machine wash them (in a laundry bag). Disinfect with Dettol or similar if needed. Dry flat to retain shape.
Do I need to replace them? Not unless you see visible wear. With proper care and regular cleaning, your brushes and sponges should last a very long time.
Stencils, badges, and extras can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
Keep glitter sealed when not in use to avoid spills or clumping.
Always store small parts out of reach of little ones when not supervised.
Designed for external use only and suitable for most skin types — but always patch test first, especially for sensitive skin.
Remove face paint with a gentle cleanser or baby wipe, followed by warm water.
Avoid use near the eyes, mouth, or broken skin.
Store your kit flat in a dry area to prevent spills or damage.
The original box is sturdy and reusable — perfect for keeping everything in one place between play sessions.
